3. Use the correct payment reference

Please use the following format for your payment reference:

[Membership Type][Membership Length] [Full Name]

For example:

Single12 Laura Lady

  • Single = Single membership (up to 4 toys)

  • 12 = 12-month membership

  • Laura Lady = Full name of the member

Please make sure the surname in your payment reference matches the surname on your membership application. This helps us identify your payment and process your membership quickly.

4. Complete your membership application

Once you've made your payment, complete the membership form below.
